Alice Kerber

Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist

If you frequent the Chattahoochee River as it snakes through the city, you may find Alice rowing along with her fellow rowing club members. She loves being on the water and finds it a perfect way to end the work week as the Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist with Georgia CORE. As an advanced practice nurse in genetics, Alice interviews, educates and counsels individuals about family history and hereditary risk assessment to reduce the cancer burden in women with a high risk of hereditary cancer and increase general awareness about the condition. She received the President’s Award from the International Society of Nurses in Genetics in 2018. You can reach Alice at akerber@georgiacore.org
